Shipping Policy

Mayenu Sales Limited provides free shipping to anywhere in the continental Europe as well as Asia, via FedEx Economy Shipping. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Note that free shipping may not apply in certain circumstances such as expedited shipping, international orders, returns exchanges, and replacements especially if they were due to errors on the buyer?s end.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited and overnight shipping is available to buyers who want to receive their item/s the soonest time possible. Note that this shipping option can be arranged by Mayenu Sales Limited, but is not free and will be charged to the buyer.

International Shipping

We ship international orders via FedEx express, UPS, DHL. The cost will be charged to the buyer and may vary depending on the shipping location and the weight of the package. Please take note that we also ship to Algeria, Morocco, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Import fees, duties, and other charges

The buyer will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges.

Shipping address and credit card billing address verification

For your protection, we will only ship internationally if the shipping address that you registered in our online store is the same as the address on file with your credit card issuing bank. We may require you to fax us a copy of your most recent credit card statement in order to process your order. We take these necessary steps to ensure that you are the actual credit card holder since we will not be able to verify international orders electronically or by telephone.
